Ruby and Winston

| Ruby needs a foster or permanent home ASAP. (8/26/02)
She is being relinquished by the owner because they can no longer care for her.
Ruby is approximately 3 years old, 75-80 lbs., spayed, house trained, good with
other dogs and cats. She has not been around small children, so it is not known how
she is with them. The owner says that she loves attention, friendly, and is sort of
rambunctious. Her last vaccinations were June 2001. Contact: Bbruce777@aol.com UPDATE - Ruby was adopted by a man from Missouri who has had Weimeraners before. She is currently living in a large home on 16 acres in rural Missouri. She has a male St. Bernard (also a rescued dog) for company. Ruby's adopter drove all the way from Missouri to Lee County to get her. |

"Winston" is Ruby's pal. It would be wonderful if they could be adopted together. Winston is an AKC registered black-faced Brindle Boxer - male intact. DOB 10/31/99 If he is adopted, he will be neutered before being placed in the home. Releasing to a Boxer rescue that is known or with references would be considered. Winston gets along with other dogs and cats, no experience with children, does not bark much, friendly with people, has a slight heart murmur, does not do well in heat and has been primarily indoors, loves the sofa! UPDATE - Winston was transferred to a Boxer rescue that will foster him until his new home is found.
