Adoption Procedures

You may use either of the following ways to send an application:

Adoption Application - print and fill in and mail

Adoption Application - Microsoft WORD - fill in and email file 

This application is about 5 pages to print.  Please retain one copy for your file.

Note:  In some cases we may use a forwarded application from another rescue group.

Adoption Agreement:      

This agreement is required after the adoption application is approved.
